We’ll review your goals and deadlines, confirm scope (systems, locations, service providers), and align on the applicable framework(s) (PCI DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, SOX ITGC, etc.). You’ll leave with clear next steps and a tailored engagement path to ensure your compliance journey is efficient and effective. What we cover (Pricing $ ranges offered during initial consultation call): - Current-state overview and target compliance outcome: - High-level scoping (people/process/technology, in-scope systems, third parties) - Timeline and readiness approach (typical readiness engagements run 4–6 weeks) - Deliverables and estimated fee range aligned to your situation After the call: - Summary of scope assumptions and next steps - Recommended engagement option and pricing range - Optional proposal + contract package upon request Please do not submit sensitive data (e.g., card numbers, secrets, production credentials).
