  • Inquiry details: information you submit via contact forms or messages

  • Scheduling details: information provided when booking or requesting an appointment (e.g., preferred times, service request details)

  • Files/attachments (if enabled): documents you upload through forms (please do not submit sensitive personal information unless requested for a specific engagement)

B. Payment and transaction information (Booking Payments)
When you purchase services or pay deposits/fees through our booking features, payment information is processed through Wix and/or its payment processing partners. We may receive limited transaction information (e.g., payment status, date, amount, payer name/contact details, and a transaction reference). We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

C. Information collected automatically
When you use the Site, we (and our service providers) may collect:

  • IP address, browser/device type, operating system

  • Approximate location (derived from IP)

  • Pages viewed, time spent, referring/exit pages, clicks and interactions
    This data may be collected via cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).

  • Google reCAPTCHA (spam and abuse prevention): may collect device/browser signals and interaction data to determine whether requests are legitimate.

Your use of these tools is subject to the privacy policies of the relevant providers (e.g., Google’s terms for Maps and reCAPTCHA).

We use Wix Analytics and related Wix technologies to understand Site usage and improve performance. Wix and embedded third-party tools may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies.
